Professional Horizons was established in 2004 to provide services to small to medium size organisations. Over 15 years of diverse experience within the oil & gas, mining, power generation, and ship building / conversion industries.  We have a successful history of delivering challenging assignments with multi-discipline teams and have always achieved zero lost time injuries (LTIs).

Our Mission is to mutually strengthen our business and the client’s reputation with the delivery of professional services that enable their business growth through increased safety, reliability and contract delivery.

Our Vision is interdependent on the success of our clients, built through robust relationships with the client stakeholders, and through maintaining a high level of safety and quality consistent with the international standards:

  • ISO 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety and the OHSAS 18000 assessment series which is an intrinsic core value with all deliverables.
  • ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management which provides principles and guidelines to comply with industry and legislative standards.
  • ISO 9001;2008 Quality Management which confirms that all engineering document deliverables and revision control are accurately maintained for the client.
  • ISO 14224:2016 Reliability and Maintenance data collection which is built into the CMMS / ERP as a standard equipment / plant performance measure in all facilities and operations to manage equipment life cycle.

Core to all deliverables is our safety management commitment which will be supported by specific safe work method statements for each project.  Initially we shall work with the client’s safety team to confirm that our safety system complies with or exceeds that of the client’s.

Where a sub-contractor is required, they shall be fully licenced to undertake the works, and the Client provided with all licences and contract scope of work for authorisation prior to mobilisation.
